Cancellation Policy:
All cancellations must be received in writing at registration@siia.org. Written cancellations received before March 31, 2023, will receive a refund of 50%. Written cancellations received between April 1 - May 5, 2023, will receive a refund of 25%. Cancellations received after May 5, 2023, and those that are not in attendance are NOT eligible for a refund (due to staffing, food, and beverage obligations no refund will be issued). Substitutions are permitted.
